The apartment is highly maintained, and the cleaning service is once a week for common areas.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances
Each room has a designated kitchen cabinet and shelf in the fridge.
(no living room)

The building is in a prime location in downtown Dubai, next to Emaar Boulevard, and connected to Dubai Mall Metro Station.
